Donnie & Wendy Dayman. The Dayman's purchased the Auction Mart from Kevin & Janet Czerwonka, who operated this successful business for 15 years. We have livestock sales from Regular Cattle Sales, Bred Cow Sales, Dispersal Sales, Pen of 3 Bred Heifer Show & Sale, Sheep & Goat Sales, Regular Horse, Tack and Paint & Quarter Horse Breeder Production Sales. We have an experienced and dedicated auctioneer, Brad Stenberg, working to get the best for your product. We carry a variety of services so please give us a call and we'll be happy to help you.

Reminder that SERIOUS buyers only are allowed for the horse sale unless you are riding or leading your horse in. Only 1 person per buyer as well. We realize these rules aren’t ideal but unfortunately we have to follow health officials guidelines or will be subject to a fine.
We are accepting 5-8pm today and tomorrow 9-11:30 a.m. **We will not accept horses after 12p.m tomorrow so please aim to be on time**
EID forms can be printed off of our website, you have to fill in your information on right hand side in BLUE pen, white markings on drawings (left side) in RED pen and any other marking in BLACK pen. If these are not filled out, we are not allowed to accept your horses.

CCIA Tagging Information
Please note that all cattle marketed must be equipped with a CCIA tag. In order to comply with this program, please have your cattle tagged prior to bringing them to the Auction Mart. All cattle that are not tagged will be charged a fee, as it will be done at our facility.
Completion of Manifest
In order to ensure accuracy for processing producer payment, please have manifest clearly written with ownership and split-payment information (if required) as well as specific cattle markings and any other documents. For horse sales only, if you require GST on your payment you must provide a GST number on the manifest.
Good documentation accounts for business efficiency.

Horse Sale Information
Effective July 31, 2010, it will be mandatory for Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) inspected facilities in Canada engaged in equine slaughter to have complete records for all animals (domestic and imported) presented for slaughter. These records will include unique identification for each animal, a record of illness and a record of medical treatments administered to the animal for the six-month period preceding slaughter. The template entitled "Equine Information Document" (EID) shall be used by equine owners to provide the required information for individual equine animals.
A completed individual animal EID contains a standardised description of the animal, as well as a comprehensive record of the equine's medical treatment for at least the preceding six months. The various options for identification, including the visual and written descriptions, are listed in the EID. The EID is intended to accompany the equine, at the time of ownership transfer, to the buyer of the animal. The EID requires a signed declaration by the owner of the equine as to the accuracy of the information recorded in the EID.
